Practical crafting is one of my most favorite ways to use my skills. Making both beautiful and functional items that are needed in my home is as satisfying as making a good meal for my family.
Crocheting these mason jar cozies lets me accomplish a need in a short amount of time, which feels really great. I love seeing a pile of these cute cozies in my kitchen drawer, all ready for me to wrap around my favorite drinking glass, the wide mouth mason jar.
This mason jar cozy is easy to crochet, taking about half an hour to accomplish if I’m working steadily. I don’t always, though–crocheting is often something I do between tasks. Thankfully, these cozies are simple enough to come back to if I am interrupted.
This listing is for a PDF version of the pattern only, and includes 5 pages with the main cozy pattern which can be crocheted with a or without a bottom. It also includes a variation with a shell border. Finished size approximately 3.25″ x 3.25″ (without the border option).
